My husband and I closed on our first home in March. Being first time homebuyers is alot to say the least and we can easily say that Kim was there for us every step of the way. There were details of this sale that made things a bit treacherous at times. Kim explained everything that was happening, what our timelines were and she made herself readily available, no matter what time.
